Institute of IT Training – Gold Standard awarded to Chase International We are pleased to announce that in November 2006 Chase International were awarded the Gold Standard in their accreditation as Institute of IT Trainers Training Provider status.  This has been awarded to Chase in recognition of their on-going continual professional development for both Chase Trainers and Chase training courses.  Two of our trainers start their TAP training programme in early 2007 and we wish them success with that on-going programme of development.  Our own training courses have been updated for new versions and our courseware has been revamped to include book giveaways – for example all Crystal training delegates receive a free copy of the excellent The Complete Reference Guide to Crystal Reports XI by George Peck. Product News and Available Updates Crystal customers… Crystal Reports XI R2 is available as a download only from the Business Objects website.  There is also a service pack available for this version at http://support.businessobjects.com/communitycs/FilesAndUpdates/boXIR2win_sp1.zip.asp.  Feature enhancements are mainly aimed at developers but full feature list is available at http://www.chase-international.com/SoftwareBusinessObjectsCRXI.htm A Service Pack is also available for Business Objects Enterprise XI R2 at http://support.businessobjects.com/downloads/service_packs/boenterpriser2_en.asp  There is a Readme file and a Frequently Asked Questions for this service pack. OLAP Intelligence XI does not currently support SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server Analysis Services 2005 – give us a call to discuss options and alternatives. QlikView customers and those currently evaluating… QlikCommunity is an updated service available to all QlikView users and evaluators.  It is a virtual meeting place for anyone with an interest in the QlikView product and will open you up to a world of QlikView experts and information.  Included in the Community area are:- a live forum, documentation, knowledge base, best practices repository, information from recent conferences.  To register go to www.qlikcommunity.com.
