Chase International began a long relationship with Crystal products by first training Crystal Reports in 1996. Chase International was one of the first UK Training Partners for Seagate Software (now Business Objects) and soon gained the skills and experience to offer scheduled and on-site training courses and workshops using Crystal Reports, Info and Analysis.

With the launch of Crystal Enterprise, the web-enabled delivery for Crystal Reports, in March 2001, Chase International expanded the training and consultancy to provide solutions for customers using Crystal Enterprise, Crystal Reports and Crystal Analysis. In 2003 we added technical support for the Crystal products to our services and now can fully support customers from recommendation, through installation and implementation, training users, producing reports and supporting all levels of use of the range of Crystal products.

Crystal Products - Trainers and Consultants

Chase International trainers and consultants go through retraining of product knowledge each time there is a Crystal product upgrade and attend internal Chase training to ensure that their knowledge is up-to-date and relevant for today’s reporting challenges.

With 30-days free support after training courses and 1st call free, we hope to introduce you to our technical support service. Chase Technical Support is delivered to you via telephone and email using a team of consultants with practical experience of the products supported.
