Technical Support for Crystal XcelsiusChase International supports your use of Crystal Xcelsius from Business Objects through an annual support contract. Email and telephone support is available.Crystal Xcelsius Installation ProcessWhen installing Xcelsius on a computer, the program will first ask for the product Serial# before installation. If the proper serial number is entered, then the program will proceed with the install. After the installation is complete, Xcelsius will then require the user to activate the software. This is the anti-piracy process in which the program will verify if this serial has already been installed. The user will receive a prompt that gives them 3 options: automatic activation, manual activation, and activate later. The additional prompts will appear if the user selects Manual activation, where they will need to provide a unique Activation Key based the installation ID that is pre-populated.Here are the steps that we suggest when doing a manual activation: On the next screen, you should see your Installation ID.
